Jio TV for Android Was upgraded to provide a native Dark mode. The most recent addition includes a long time after Reliance Jio introduced a Dark style into the Jio Cinema app. The updated Jio TV app also included several UI improvements. In recent years, the Jio TV app added Picture-in-Picture (PiP) service for Android users. The Mumbai-based firm, even earlier this year, introduced a new interface to the Jio TV program for Android and iOS that allowed users with more accessible content and station discovery.
The updated Jio TV app, version 5.8.0, brings the expected Dark mode that can be enabled by simply tapping the hamburger button from the top-left corner of the screen and then choosing the Settings option from the listing. Once activated, the characteristic transforms the default white background into grey and changes the black font into white to decrease the eye strain in the program.
Users may also detect UI improvements, especially in the Settings section, that comes with a URL to log out. Earlier, the program had the logout link below the hamburger menu.You can also directly opt for Jio TV.
The updated Jio TV app is rolling out through Google Play. The official changelog on the Google Playlist highlights that the update also includes lots of bug fixes and performance enhancements. The update can be used with devices operating at least Android 4.4. Further, it is sized in 23MB.

Back in April, the Jio TV app brought four new exclusive HD channels. That update was a followup of the new release that Added PiP service for the Android apparatus. Besides, the port of the Jio TV app was overhauled back in February.
